On August 20, Mr. Liu Aisen, Chairman of CENTER International Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CENTER INT"), led a delegation including Yan Jian, Senior Vice President and President of the International Business Division, and Zhu Tianyong, General Manager of CENTER's Southeast Asia Region, to Indonesia. The visit aimed to conduct follow-up engagements with the National Federation of Village Cooperatives of Indonesia (INDUK KUD) and the State Electricity Company of Indonesia (PLN), with the goal of deepening the implementation of strategic agreements and jointly advancing the "Million Rooftop Solar Program for Village Cooperatives" through green energy cooperation.
Mr. Portasius Neggedi, Chairman of INDUK KUD, extended a warm welcome to the CENTER INT delegation. As Indonesia’s largest and most comprehensive agricultural and rural economic cooperative organization, INDUK KUD originated in the 1970s and serves as a top-level cooperative economic platform established by the Indonesian government to promote rural economic development and safeguard sovereignty in food, agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and livestock. In recent years, under the strong support of the Indonesian President and the leadership of Chairman Portasius Neggedi, INDUK KUD has actively participated in the "Merah Putih Village Cooperative" initiative, focusing on rebuilding the rural cooperative economic ecosystem and establishing an integrated system encompassing food self-sufficiency, renewable energy development, metallurgy, mining, and carbon sink management.
During this follow-up visit, both parties will advance the implementation of demonstration projects for the innovative application scenarios of integrated solar-storage-charging solutions, which have been preliminarily agreed upon. This initiative aims to facilitate the large-scale deployment of similar projects in the future.

Subsequently, the delegation from CENTER International Group Co., Ltd. (CENTER INT) also conducted a follow-up meeting with Mr. Burhanuddin Abdullah, Chief Advisor to the President of Indonesia and Chairman of the State Electricity Company (PLN). He expressed support for the close cooperation between INDUK KUD and CENTER INT and emphasized the rapid implementation of demonstration projects. This meeting laid a solid foundation for the large-scale rollout of subsequent projects.

This follow-up visit represents a significant continuation of the collaboration process between both parties. In July this year, a delegation led by Mr. Burhanuddin Abdullah, Chairman of the Indonesian State Electricity Company (PLN), along with representatives from the National Federation of Village Cooperatives of Indonesia (INDUK KUD), visited CENTER International Group Co., Ltd.’s (CENTER INT) Beijing headquarters. During the visit, they conducted an on-site inspection of the Longi-CENTER BIPV system. This system deeply integrates photovoltaics with building structures, and its achievements in the efficient utilization and innovative application of green energy left a profound impression on the Indonesian delegation. The visit culminated in the signing of a Letter of Intent for Strategic Cooperation between the parties.
This follow-up visit further revealed that the Indonesian government recently unveiled an ambitious 100 GW photovoltaic development plan. Named the "Million Rooftop Solar Program for Village Cooperatives," this initiative has been directly endorsed by the President. The plan aims to deploy a model of "1 MW of photovoltaics paired with 4 MWh of energy storage" across 80,000 villages in Indonesia. Currently, the program is in the preparatory and site selection phase for demonstration projects, jointly driven by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, the Food Coordination Agency, and the State Electricity Company (PLN).
With its professional technical expertise and robust production capacity, CENTER International Group Co., Ltd. (CENTER INT), in collaboration with INDUK KUD, demonstrated to PLN its sincerity and commitment to deepening cooperation. Leveraging their respective technological strengths and market resources, both parties will jointly explore collaboration opportunities in areas such as Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) and integrated solar-storage-charging systems. They aim to actively promote the widespread adoption and application of green energy in Indonesia, supporting the country in achieving its energy transition and sustainable development goals.

Southeast Asia boasts abundant solar energy resources and a robust demand for green energy, yet there remains significant room for improvement in project implementation and large-scale application. Leveraging its dual advantages in "technology + experience," CENTER International Group Co., Ltd. (CENTER INT) aims to collaborate with INDUK KUD to provide a replicable model of "green energy + rural economy" integration for Indonesia and neighboring countries. This initiative is expected to support Southeast Asia's energy transition and carbon neutrality goals.
This partnership not only represents another milestone in the global expansion of Chinese enterprises but also addresses the dual needs of "energy self-sufficiency + rural revitalization" in developing countries through innovative approaches. Moving forward, as projects are implemented, green energy is poised to accelerate its adoption across Southeast Asia, contributing to the region's sustainable development objectives.
