Focusing on International Expansion! CENTER International Group Co., Ltd. Partners with Sinarmas Group to Jointly Draw a New Blueprint for Indonesian Development Focusing on International Expansion! CENTER International Group Co., Ltd. Partners with Sinarmas Group to Jointly Draw a New Blueprint for Indonesian Development
Through the strategic collaboration between CENTER International Group Co., Ltd. (CENTER INT) and the Sinarmas Group, leveraging their respective strengths in green building technology and localized resource integration, the two parties aim to jointly drive sustainable infrastructure advancement across Indonesia. This partnership will focus on renewable energy integration, eco-friendly construction, and industrial synergy, contributing to Indonesia's transition toward a low-carbon economy while fostering long-term industrial resilience and environmental sustainability. At the ceremony, Mr. Huang Zhiyuan, President of Sinarmas Group, delivered an important speech outlining the Group's green development strategy. He emphasized that Sinarmas Group will continue to advance green development both domestically and internationally, persistently adhering to the "Integrated Forestry-Pulp-Paper Model." Moving forward, environmental principles will be further integrated into the production processes, enhancing the global competitiveness of its products. Additionally, the Group plans to replace fuel-powered trucks with electric heavy-duty vehicles in mining and port operations, building a green energy and power system to reduce carbon emissions in transportation and expand new applications for green energy. Sinarmas Group will also vigorously develop biomass power generation, leveraging forestry resources to establish a clean and efficient biomass energy supply system using wood processing waste. Mr. Huang expressed strong support for the strategic collaboration with CENTER International Group Co., Ltd. (CENTER INT), hoping that CENTER INT will use Sinarmas Group’s projects as a starting point to establish benchmark initiatives, continuously expand its presence in the Indonesian market, and lay a solid foundation for its internationalization. Mr. Zhong Baoshen, Chairman of LONGi Green Energy Technology, elaborated on the application and future development of photovoltaics (PV). He stated that with over 25 years of technological accumulation and leadership in photovoltaics, LONGi is confident in strongly supporting Sinarmas Group’s green energy transition and carbon reduction efforts. This collaboration also reflects LONGi’s optimism about the future of the Indonesian market. LONGi will leverage its core PV technology advantages to build an "integrated power generation and energy storage regulation system," providing synergistic energy solutions. Chairman Zhong further emphasized that the Chinese government is soon expected to introduce requirements for the proportion of new energy in corporate electricity consumption, which will further standardize the integration of new energy power from a policy perspective, providing a strong guarantee for accelerating the green energy transition across society. Mr. Liu Aisen, Chairman of CENTER INT, addressed the direction and technological priorities of the collaboration. He highlighted two key areas: First, in the renovation of existing buildings, Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) technology offers multiple advantages, including resistance to 18-level typhoons, hail, walkability, leak prevention, and corrosion resistance. Retrofitting old factories can revitalize resources and achieve energy self-sufficiency. Second, in port and mining scenarios, the adoption of a green power direct supply model, combining pure electric mining trucks and transport vehicles with integrated solar-storage-charging systems, will facilitate green transformation, improve efficiency, and significantly reduce operational costs. Leveraging Sinarmas Group’s scenario resources, CENTER INT will introduce advanced Chinese engineering technologies in digitalization, greening, and intelligence to the Indonesian market, creating a "global green demonstration model" for green transportation and production, and supporting the accelerated upgrade of Indonesia’s green energy and green power industries. As a representative of the partnering party, Mr. Yu Mengsheng, Chairman of Lingong Heavy Machinery, shared his insights on Sinarmas Group’s future comprehensive adoption of new energy heavy-duty vehicles and the collaborative value among multiple parties. He noted that Sinarmas Group’s promotion of new energy heavy-duty vehicles in mining and port operations demonstrates its commitment to green responsibility and provides a collaborative platform. With years of deep expertise in this field, Lingong Heavy Machinery will leverage its customized R&D capabilities to deliver high-load-capacity, fast-charging, and long-lifespan product solutions tailored to complex operational conditions, enabling large-scale fleet operations. Leveraging the strategic partnership with Sinarmas Group, CENTER International Group Co., Ltd. (CENTER INT) has established Indonesia as its core strategic foothold in Southeast Asia, outlining a clear roadmap for market expansion: Resource Anchoring: Prioritizing new energy project development as the primary entry point, CENTER INT will first advance BIPV projects for newly constructed facilities at Sinarmas Group’s Indonesian production bases and retrofit existing factories with distributed photovoltaic power stations. In collaboration with Huawei and Lingong Heavy Machinery, the company will also deploy integrated “solar-storage-charging” systems, forming a full-chain solution that encompasses “solar power generation + energy storage for peak shaving + smart charging + cloud-based management + intelligent vehicle operation”, tailored to the energy supply-demand dynamics of Indonesian production bases. Formation of a Dedicated Team: Adopting a “Technology + Localization” dual-drive model, CENTER INT will integrate core talents from its overseas business and R&D divisions while recruiting local Indonesian professionals to build a cross-functional team. This team will drive the implementation of collaborations with Sinarmas Group, expand the client base, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee operations, thereby laying a solid foundation for long-term market presence. This strategic collaboration with Sinarmas Group serves as a cornerstone for CENTER INT's international expansion. Moving forward, both parties will start from Indonesia and expand into scenarios such as factory-integrated photovoltaics and green power retrofits for mining and port operations. By partnering with industry leaders like LONGi Green Energy Technology and Huawei to build an integrated ecosystem, CENTER INT aims to develop comprehensive green service capabilities, offering replicable and scalable green development models to countries along the Belt and Road. This initiative will contribute significantly to China’s “dual-carbon” strategy and global expansion, ensuring that green becomes a defining feature of Belt and Road cooperation.
